We utilized advanced CNC turning and spline milling to maintain exceptionally tight tolerances across the bearing journals and splines, eliminating high-speed vibration. - The Heat Treatment Challenge (Hard Shell, Tough Core):
The application demands an ultra-wear-resistant surface combined with a shock-absorbing, tough core. Through precisely calibrated induction hardening and tempering, we achieved the exact transition zone and effective case depth required—ensuring maximum surface hardness with zero micro-cracking or geometric distortion.
