Can I get samples or a first article inspection?
Yes. Sample parts and FAI reports are available before series production. FAI documents every critical dimension on the drawing, so you approve the actual part — not a promise.
What documents ship with the order?
Every order ships with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and heat-number traceability as standard. Full dimensional inspection reports, hardness records and third-party inspection (TÜV, SGS, BV) can be arranged on request.
How long is the lead time?
It depends on the product, machining scope and volume — so we do not quote vague ranges. Every quotation carries a firm delivery date, and we confirm it in writing before you commit.
